Our website does not currently use analytics or marketing tracking tools. Limited technical data (such as IP address) may be processed by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal and professional obligations. Coaching and assessment data is retained in line with client agreements and professional standards.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including secure systems, controlled access and professional confidentiality standards.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to request data portability where applicable.
